The hard part is built.
Now it needs people.
Wibhoo is a marketplace for conscious living. Verified sustainable products, services, places and experiences, starting from Pune.
Every brand on Wibhoo is checked against our own five pillar framework before it goes live: sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, health and performance, and lifecycle impact. We ask for documentation, check certifications, and visit workshops.
Anyone can call something eco friendly. We are the ones who check.
Why this matters
Of the 25 brands on Wibhoo, eight build livelihoods in underserved communities as their core model, not as a side effect.
Tribal women in Gadchiroli. Sanitary workers recycling waste into new products. Organic farmers. Artisans preserving craft traditions. Economically marginalised women running production.
By vendor-reported figures, these eight partnerships touch the livelihoods of more than 300 people. That is a conservative count.
Wibhoo's role in this is market access. These enterprises already do the hard work. What most of them lack is a route to the urban conscious consumers who would gladly pay for it. We give them verified visibility and a way to reach that customer.
Every sale on Wibhoo moves money to one of them. That is the whole point of the company.
Where we are
Incubated at AIC-NIFIE, IIM Mumbai and SIBIC. Recognised by DPIIT Startup India. Founder is a Bevisioneers Fellow with Mercedes-Benz and a grant winner under the programme. Featured in Sakal.
The platform runs on WordPress, WooCommerce and Dokan. Vendors onboard themselves, list products and manage their own orders. Checkout works. Payments work. It is live.
What we are building next
Five functions, each one open, each one owned by whoever takes it.
The terms
We are not paying salaries right now. Everything we have is going into the product and into corporate gifting, which is what will fund the company.
What we offer instead is a share of what gets built. 10 to 15 percent of Wibhoo's commission on consumer sales, paid quarterly, plus an ESOP conversation at twelve months.
At a 12 percent share:
| Monthly consumer sales | Your share per month |
|---|---|
| Where we are today | ~₹1,100 |
| ₹2,00,000 | ~₹4,300 |
| ₹5,00,000 | ~₹10,800 |
That is a small number today and we would rather you see it now than in month two. The point is that you would be building the thing you get paid from, and there is no ceiling on it.
We publish the sales figure and what each share earned, every month. When funding lands or revenue supports it, this becomes a fixed stipend or the revenue share, whichever is higher.
This is not the right fit if you need income from it.
Who this suits
Someone whose income is already sorted, with six to ten hours a week they genuinely control.
Someone who decides rather than waits. Nobody here will write you a brief.
Someone who wants their work to land somewhere real. Every order that goes through this platform reaches a workshop, a farm or a group of artisans who counted on it. That is not a story we tell. It is how the business works.
Someone who finishes things. That matters more than talent here.
How it works
- A 30 day trial first. Real work, real deliverables. Both sides find out if this fits. Your revenue share starts after.
- One call a week. Thirty minutes, same day. The only fixed commitment in your calendar.
- Quarterly payouts. You earn your share for any quarter where you hit your deliverables.
If life gets in the way, tell us and step out for that quarter. Everyone here has a full life, this included.
