Growth Partner
You earn 12 percent of every order you close. No salary, no retainer, no equity. Commission, paid when the client pays.
The role
We sell curated sustainable gift kits to companies. Diwali gifting, employee welcome kits, event return gifts, wellness boxes. ₹299 to ₹2,499 a kit, typical order ₹75,000 to ₹3 lakh.
The catalogue is built. The makers are lined up. What we need is people who can open doors.
What you would be selling
Sixteen curated kits built from verified small Indian makers. Bamboo, jute, organic food, natural skincare, handmade candles, plantable stationery.
What makes it sellable
- Every product comes from a verified small maker, not an importer
- Fully customisable with the client's logo and message
- Every order comes with an impact report naming the makers and what the gift replaced, which HR and CSR teams can use in their own reporting
- Price points from ₹299 to ₹2,499, so it fits almost any budget
Who buys it
Companies of 50 to 500 people. HR heads, founders, admin managers, CSR leads. The person who signs is usually the person you are talking to.

What you would do
- Open doors. Your network, your approach. Warm introductions, LinkedIn, events, former colleagues.
- Qualify. Occasion, headcount, delivery date, rough budget. Four questions.
- Hand over, or run it. Either bring us the meeting and we close together, or run the whole conversation yourself. Both earn the same.
We handle everything else. Catalogue, samples, quoting, sourcing, quality, packaging, delivery, invoicing, the impact report. You do not touch operations.
What you earn
12 percent of order value, paid within 15 days of the client's final payment clearing.
| Order size | You earn |
|---|---|
| ₹75,000 | ₹9,000 |
| ₹1,50,000 | ₹18,000 |
| ₹3,00,000 | ₹36,000 |
| ₹5,00,000 | ₹60,000 |
Repeat business counts. If a client you brought orders again within 18 months, you earn on that order too, whether or not you were involved. Corporate gifting is seasonal and clients come back. This is where it adds up.
- Commission on orders you originate, confirmed in writing before you approach the company
- We keep a shared list of who brought which client, agreed upfront, so there is never a dispute
- Paid after the client pays. We cannot advance commission.
- No cap
On timing
Diwali gifting decisions happen between late August and early October. That is the biggest window of the year and it is open now.
After that, corporate events and weddings run November to February, and January to March is when companies spend remaining CSR budgets before the financial year closes.
Starting now means starting in season.
Who this suits
You have a corporate network in Pune or Mumbai. HR heads, founders, admin managers, office managers. People who decide on gifting.
You have sold something before. B2B, corporate, sponsorship, advertising, events. You know what a pipeline looks like and you follow up without being reminded.
You have your own income. Commission work has a lag. First payment might be eight weeks out.
You would be glad to sell this. You do not have to be a sustainability person, but if you think the whole thing is a gimmick, it will show in the first meeting.
What we give you
Full catalogue, pricing and sample kits. Training on the range, the makers and the verification framework. Proposals and quotes within 48 hours of your brief. Support on any call you want us on. Everything after the client says yes.
Worth saying plainly
We are a small company. Our name will not open doors the way a large gifting vendor's might. You will be selling on the product and your own relationships.
Orders take three weeks to produce, so we cannot rescue a client who left it too late. Sometimes you will have to say no to a deal.
What we can promise is that the product is good, we deliver what we say we will, and we will never put you in front of a client with something we cannot fulfil.
If this sounds like you
Tell us three things:
- Something you have sold, and to whom
- Five companies you could realistically get a conversation with in the next month
- The hardest objection you would expect to hear, and how you would answer it
Send it to rohan@wibhoo.in with "Growth Partner" in the subject. We will get on a call, walk you through the catalogue, and you can decide if it is worth your time.
