The role
Every week in Pune there is a lake cleanup, a pottery workshop, a forest walk, a zero waste session, a farm stay, a documentary screening.
They live on scattered Instagram pages, WhatsApp groups, a poster on a cafe noticeboard. If you are not already in the right circles, you will never hear about them.
Wibhoo's experiences section is where all of that should sit in one place. That section is open, and this role builds it.
You find the conscious experiences happening around Pune, verify they are real and that they fit what Wibhoo stands for, and list them.
If you are the person your friends ask when they want to know what is worth doing this weekend, this is your job.
What you would own
- Finding. Instagram pages, WhatsApp groups, community boards, organiser newsletters. Knowing who runs what in this city.
- Verifying. The organiser is real, the event is actually happening, and it fits our sustainability framework. We will teach you the framework. Anything that does not pass does not go up.
- Listing. Writing it well. What it is, who it is for, why someone should go. Getting decent images from the organiser.
- Building the network. Over time, getting organisers to list with us directly rather than us chasing them.

Every listing gets checked. If we publish something that turns out to be cancelled, fake or greenwashed, we have damaged the one thing that makes Wibhoo different. Verification is not a formality here.
Much of this gets easier as you go. Recurring events and repeat organisers mean the verification work drops once a relationship exists, and the first month is the heaviest.
About the money for this role
Experiences are not monetised yet. We are not charging organisers, and will not be for at least six months while the focus is on products and corporate gifting.
So this work does not produce commission revenue in the near term. It brings people to the platform and lays the ground for a segment we intend to monetise.
You would earn the same revenue share as everyone else, tied to product sales. When experiences start generating revenue, your share moves to that segment, which is the one you will have built.
There is also the part that is not money: free or discounted entry to a lot of what you list, once organiser relationships exist. And a genuinely good network across the conscious community in Pune.
Who this suits
You are in Pune and you get out into it. This role needs someone who can go to things and meet organisers.
You are already in this world. You go to these events, you follow these pages, you know people who run workshops. Starting from zero on the community would make this slow.
You can write a decent listing. Not literary. Clear, warm, and it makes someone want to go.
You are careful. Verification is the part we cannot get wrong.
