EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY POLICIES

EXPERIENCE & EVENT BOOKING POLICY

Last Updated: May 21, 2026

This policy applies to tickets, admissions, reservations, registrations, or bookings for workshops, sustainability tours, neighbourhood cleanups, conscious lifestyle events, and similar experiences listed on Wibhoo.

1. PLATFORM ROLE AND EVENT STRUCTURE

Wibhoo may act in one of two ways:

  • as a platform facilitator, where an independent Host lists and manages the event, or
  • as a co-host / collaborator, where Wibhoo may support, promote, coordinate, or jointly organise the experience with the Host.

In both cases, the primary responsibility for venue safety, event execution, permits, staffing, and local compliance rests with the Host, unless Wibhoo has expressly agreed in writing to take responsibility for a specific part of the event.

Wibhoo does not guarantee that every event will be free from risk, interruption, or changes caused by weather, venue issues, force majeure, host decisions, participant behaviour, or other external factors.

2. HOST RESPONSIBILITY

The Host is responsible for:

  • organising the event in a safe and lawful manner,
  • securing required permissions, licenses, and venue approvals,
  • providing accurate event details,
  • managing on-ground operations,
  • communicating schedule changes, and
  • delivering the experience as described.

Where Wibhoo is a co-host, Wibhoo may assist with coordination, promotion, registration support, or limited event operations, but this does not automatically make Wibhoo the sole organiser unless clearly stated on the event page or in writing.

3. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking or attending an event, you acknowledge that:

  • the experience may involve real-world physical activity,
  • you are participating voluntarily,
  • you are responsible for assessing your own fitness, health, and comfort before attending,
  • you will follow all instructions given by the Host or event team, and
  • you assume ordinary risks associated with participating in the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

4. CANCELLATION BY HOST

If a Host cancels an event due to low registrations, weather, operational issues, safety concerns, or emergencies, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the event setup and payment terms shown on the event page:

  • the participant may receive a full refund of the ticket amount paid, or
  • may be offered an alternate date, or
  • may be offered another equivalent option, if available.

If Wibhoo has co-hosted the event, the refund or alternate resolution process may be jointly managed by Wibhoo and the Host based on the event-specific terms published at the time of booking.

5. RESCHEDULING

If an event is rescheduled, participants may be given the choice to:

  • accept the new date, or
  • request a refund, if the event terms allow it.

The final resolution will depend on the event-specific terms displayed at the time of booking and the role played by Wibhoo in that event.

6. EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS

Some events may have different rules depending on:

  • the Host,
  • the venue,
  • the ticket price,
  • whether Wibhoo is co-hosting,
  • whether food, travel, or materials are included,
  • or the nature of the activity.

Where an event page contains specific terms, those terms will apply in addition to this policy.

7. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wibhoo is not responsible for:

  • injuries, accidents, loss, or damage caused by a Host’s actions or omissions,
  • venue conditions,
  • participant negligence,
  • third-party service failures,
  • or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Host.

If Wibhoo is a co-host, its responsibility will be limited to the scope it has expressly undertaken for that specific event.

8. GOVERNING PRINCIPLE

Wibhoo’s role in events is to support conscious experiences, not to eliminate all risk. Participation is at your own discretion, and event-specific terms shown during booking should always be read carefully before payment.

EXTERNAL LINKS & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Wibhoo serves as a broad ecosystem for conscious living, which includes third-party directories, external resource listings, blog features, and interactive public user comment zones.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR EXTERNAL LINKS

The Platform may display links to external websites, local sustainability consultants, neighbourhood recycling centres, or environmental advocacy groups that are not operated or controlled by Wibhoo.

  • We provide these links solely for community reference and educational convenience.
  • Wibhoo does not endorse, verify, audit, or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, safety, data collection practices, or terms of use of third-party external websites. Clicking on any external link is done entirely at your own risk.

2. COMMUNITY FORUMS AND INTERACTIVE CONTENT ETHICS

When posting reviews, commenting on lifestyle articles, or engaging with other users in the Wibhoo community zones, you agree to follow these content rules:

  • No Discrimination or Abuse: Hate speech, harassment, bullying, profiling, slurs, or hostile comments directed at other community members or vendors are strictly prohibited.
  • No Spam or Self-Promotion: Do not use comment sections to drop affiliate tracking links, distribute unsolicited commercial messages, or post off-topic website links.
  • Authentic Feedback Only: Reviews left on vendor profile pages must reflect genuine, honest experiences with the product or service purchased. Fabricating fake positive reviews for friends or fake negative reviews for competitors will result in an immediate platform ban.

Wibhoo reserves the right to review, edit, or permanently remove any user-generated content that violates these guidelines without prior notification.
